Flamingo Party People, (formerly Flamingos By The Yard,) has been flocking yards for over 40 years with fun yard displays and party decorations all around Minneapolis, Saint Paul and the Twin Cities metro area of Minnesota. We also deliver to western Wisconsin. Our delivery area covers a 50 mile radius from Minneapolis.
